UNOVA is a transdisciplinary research and development lab founded in UNSW Business School . The lab brings industry partners , government and Australia ’ s global university together in the spirit of collaborative development .
The lab conducts responsible research to inform policies and practices with positive societal impact . It also delivers solutions that build on societally beneficial organisational practices . UNOVA is a team of project managers , software engineers and technology researchers that adopt a lean , agile and design approach to development . Its goal is to help its partners imagine the future , articulate a technical specification , and prototype the concept .
