Poster Author Dr Maurizio Floris joined the AGSM as Director for Part-time MBA Programs ( MBA Executive and MBAX ) a week after UNSW courses were moved online . By October 2020 , he has had only 1 face-to-face event with colleagues . He led the team that developed and launched the online onboarding program for Term 2 , 2020 . Prior to joining UNSW , Maurizio worked for Melbourne Business School and the University of Sydney . He also built one of Australia ' s leading online learning companies from 1998 to 2003 , which was a joint venture involving Oracle and three Australian universities .
