3. Do Exfoliations:

Do pedicures, manicures, and use exfoliating scrubs. This will help remove all that dead skin that tends to appear during the winter.

4.Drink Water and Eat Well:

Drinking water can really help your skin, as can eating healthy. So drink a whole eight glasses minimum a day and eat a well balanced diet everyday. However, it is okay to splurge once and a while on those sweets! Just not to often, maybe just on weekends.
