What to do?

1. Save your empty bottles!

- Every time you finish the juice or the milk, or even just a

water bottle, wash it out and save it! Your still welcome to

just buy some bottles and empty the content out of them

but why not save a bit of money where we can, right?

2. Time to fill them up!

- Fill your bottle with whatever materials you have found.

- Now, if your using something like a whole lot of rocks make

sure they are individually small enough to fit through the

opening of the bottle.

3. Screw the lid on REALLY tight!

-We don’t want it going everywhere now do we…

4. Start your workout!
