What will it take for you to commit to you? Most of
us spend our days doing things for others. Your boss...
your children...your spouse. When is the last time you
did something for you? How do you decide that it is
time for you? What will it take for you to commit to
happiness? In the fitness world, we hear a lot of
excuses. “I don't have the time.” “I'm too busy with...”
“I can't afford this or that.” So I ask; what good are you
to anyone else if you aren't good to yourself first?

ORGANIZE
Happiness cannot be found amidst chaos.
There will always be something more to
do and something else to stress you out.
Start small and work your way to bigger
things over time.
PLAN
Buy a planner and MAKE PLANS! Schedule
required things like appointments in
advance and then schedule time for YOU!
Plan things that make you happy, like a dinner
with friends or a massage. PLAN your workouts.
PLAN your meals. If you plan ahead and write it down
you will be much more likely to stick with it!
