Types of Families
Authoritarian.
There happens to you frequently that your parents punish you without reasons? That they never let you go to parties? And you loose all the fun? If your answer was yes to all this questions, you have an authoritarian family, were you can´t give your opinion or they control your life. But you must be rebel and face your parents, and be impatient for be legal and go away… LOL!
Rejecting.
When you feel like your family is a mess, your parents always have problems and never care of yours, that’s when you have a rejecting family. So if sometimes you have this aggressive mood or you don’t do well in school, this may be some factors, but remember that all of your decisions and situations around you are the way you choose them to be, STAY POSITIVE!
Laissez- Faire.
You are impulsive, and rule your parents? CONGRATS! You have a permissive family were low control and high warm is showed! Here your parents let you go to all the parties and they give you all you ask for; with this you don’t take rules seriously... So, party in your house tonight?
Authoritative.
This is the balance between an authoritarian and a laissez- faire family, having the best of both. Here your parents are flexible but firm, they maintain control but also give you permission to go to parties and have fun and all the members of the family cooperate in the labor of the house. If you have this type of family you must be in a good situation in your social and escolar life, so feel lucky and don’t waste time in discussions without sense.
