TV shows, movies, magazines and other media outlets glorify a particular body image that is unattainable, even by most models and movie stars. Almost all photos and magazine covers have been highly retouched in programs like Photoshop--even the models don’t look “perfect” in real life. The fact is this: there is no “perfect” body or body type.
