Anti-Depression Medication as prescribed by a doctor - Antidepressants are used to re-establish natural levels of certain neurotransmitters produced by the brain.

Psychological Counseling. - talking through your depression with a counselor can be very helpful.

Be gentle and patient with yourself, give yourself time to heal.
