Get a plan. Before the next time anxiety hits, come up with a plan to help cope with it. Think about what you feel may best help you calm down in those situations, whether counting to ten, breathing deeply or find a space to regain your composure.

*Some foods have properties which reduce stress and relax your mind and body. Introducing these foods to your diet, could make a difference in reducing anxiety. Foods such as: green tea, seaweed, milk, spinach, and fish.
