You may be thinking, “No, not me! I am a good person.”
If we are honest with ourselves we all make wrong choices and commit wrong actions. Furthermore, we may know that God has a standard for us but we choose to not follow it. Jesus himself tells us that God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light (John 3:19). This effects everyone, no one is immune; we all have sinned, we all fall short of God’s standard. So, what are the consequences of falling short of God’s standard? That consequence is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus.
Everyone Needs Salvation
