What is a degree apprenticeship ?
A degree apprenticeship means you ’ ll mix working in a paid role with studying for your degree , both at the same time . It ’ s the perfect mix of practical , hands-on learning and academic study that ’ ll make you invaluable to employers in your chosen field .
Developed by employers , professional organisations and universities , degree apprenticeships are suitable for both new recruits and established employees . They should not be confused with Foundation degrees or Learning at Work programmes ( see page 131-132 ).
