KEELE
AT THE HEART
OF THE UK
Our aim is to make you feel at
home, which is why we offer to
collect you from the airport when
you first arrive and provide a range
of events during Welcome Week.
These events include campus
tours to help you get to know your
way around, shuttle buses to town
and the nearest supermarket, and
a range of activities such as our
International Quiz Night to help
you meet other students who
are as eager as you to make new
friends.
During Welcome Week you can visit
our ‘Information Market’ where you
can find all the support you need
to set up your UK bank account,
register with the campus health
centre and discover opportunities
to explore locally and across the
UK. Our support doesn’t end after
your orientation though, you’ll have
access to our dedicated International
Student Support team and staff
within the Advice and Support at
Keele team.
They are always available to help
with any concerns or worries
you might encounter whether
academic or personal. We also
hold How2 workshops throughout
the year giving you additional
supportive tools and guidance to
help you get the most out of your
academic studies. Keele’s Careers
and Employability team is also
committed to providing advice to
help you with shaping your future.
What’s more, you can access their
support for three years after you
graduate!

“I have enjoyed every single moment at
Keele. The friends I have made here have
been my family away from home. I can
really say that my time at Keele has been
some of the best years of my life so far
and I will always be thankful for that.”
