The common first year focuses on the role of the engineer in the future while developing your foundational skills for engineering. In the subsequent years, you can pursue studies in one of the following engineering disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Software Engineering. Course Structure You must complete five core units, one general studies unit and two electives in level one. The elective units help to expose you to one or more disciplines in level one.
