Compliance Requirements and Clearances BSN , ABSN , & WBSN — Initial and Annual The following documents are due on entrance to the sophomore year of the BSN nursing program , by the start of the first semester of the WBSN program , and the start of the first semester of the ABSN program . Annual requirements are also identified . Please note requirements are subject to change at any time . Documents are completed through and submitted to American Data Bank / Complio . Refer to additional details on the Complio website .
To maintain compliance with FMMSNHP requirements and attend all clinical practice experiences , you must adhere to the initial submission deadline and maintain all yearly requirements prior to their expiration dates .
NOTE : BSN and WBSN - Students must complete all documents after June 1 and submit them by August 1 st of each year . ABSN – Students must have compliance by the start of their first semester and maintain compliance every semester thereafter .
Health documents must include the student ’ s name and healthcare provider information on each document .

INITIAL REQUIREMENT S Main Campus : Completed at the end of freshman year and prior to enrollment in sophomorelevel nursing classes ; complete after June 1 and due by August 15
WBSN : Completed prior to the start of the Fall Semester .
ABSN : Completed prior to the start of the student ’ s first semester .
