Program Description : The Bachelor of Science Degree in Management program prepares students to master the skills needed to become a successful leader in any industry . Students will take courses in accounting , operations management , business law , business ethics , finance , operations management , business statistics , marketing – and specialized courses that cover niche areas , such as human resource management , small business management , online business marketing and management , risk management and sports management . The program culminates with a course in which students gain experience running a business through a computer simulation . This program offers a 4 + 1 MBA option . Students should meet with their advisor in their junior year to apply to the 4 + 1 program .
