STRENGTHS – I think a good strength within my brand is that It a unique idea and a good set in stone brand, the things that I am selling are very basic items which a lot of people are often in demand for. I also think that the people who do visit my page and want to buy the items, will feel confident in what they are looking for.
WEAKNESSES – a main weakness for my brand is the actual starting of it, I think when you start a business from scratch you have to work up the loyalty between you and your customers, which when I start I will have none to rely on at the beginning. I will also need to get my business name out there and be able to reach people, however I am going to do this though my PR. I am also going to have to find the physical aspect of where to start my business from such as like the creating of the items, where I am going to source the materials from also could be an issue. I need to ensure that the quality is good so my brand has a good rating for the quality, which also could be costly.
