Meet Jeanell Fitzpatrick
Jeanell Fitzpatrick is a real estate investor from
Arizona. She attended the Westford College of
Real Estate. She is a proud mother of three chil-
dren and grandmother to Olivia and Kayana.
She attends church where her father, Rev. Dr.
Roy L. Fitzpatrick is the pastor. She is an active
member of BBWR and was nominated for the I
am Courageous Campaign in 2019. She enjoys
volunteering and supporting local ministries such
as #learnwithstern, Begin to Dream, and Pearls
of Wisdom.
Jeanell Fitzpatrick is the founding partner and
CEO of The Exodus Investment Group LLC.
They purchase distressed properties, homes in
foreclosure or probate along with fix and flips.
She runs the investment group with her children.
