anzibar’s rich cultural heritage is evident in the
architecture of the resort’s buildings, which are
a delightful mix of Arabic, African and European
styles. The surrounding tropical gardens bring everything

Inviting wooden steps lead straight from the resort to the
soft sands of Nungwi Beach, considered one of the most
beautiful beaches in Zanzibar. The absence of strong tides

luxuriously appointed oceanfront suites, each with a
private balcony affording vi ews of the lush gardens and

Seventy-four of these are Luxury Junior Suites, which
have, in addition to the just-mentioned balcony, a
spacious bathroom featuring a practical and innovative
dressing room. Thirteen are more spacious Prestige Junior
Suites located in the corners of the resort and offering
guests extra living space, private balconies and terraces, as
well as spacious bathrooms with dressing areas.
An Exclusive Privileged Area with direct access to the

packing services, and complimentary a la carte dining
houses seven Luxury Superior Junior Suites opportunely
located adjacent to the resort spa, and two large Luxury
Jacuzzi Suites with one or two bathrooms, Jacuzzi and
large balcony. The Jacuzzi Suites include a large sofa bed
in a separate, spacious living room, and can accommodate
up to four guests. Further elevating the offering are three
Prestige Beach Villas, each complete with two bathrooms,
a separate living room, a private infinity pool, a covered
balcony, and a large terrace. The crème de la crème of
the Hideaway accommodation options is the 320 m2
Presidential Ocean Front Villa, which comprises three
unique suites that can either be booked separately or
together. The Presidential Villa provides VIP guests with
a large private pool, Jacuzzi, stretching private terrace,
spacious living and dining areas, and two mosaic-adorned
outdoor shower rooms.
