An Organisation
People Trust
It is imperative we establish trust in our organisation. We can’t do this by
merely saying the right words. Instead, we continually invest in creating
a sustainable, credible and fit-for-purpose operation.
We Invest in Our People
42
Here at our Group, we are One
Team. We rely and depend on each
other to achieve the organisation’s
goals.
As an organisation that develops
people, valuing and empowering
‘our people’ is at the heart of our
operation.
We are committed to supporting the
well-being of our staff by providing
benefits which support positive
health and encourage a good
work-life balance. These include
access to a reduced gym
membership, a cycle to work
scheme and a healthcare benefits
scheme. In addition, we try to
support the mental health of
our staff by raising awareness
of mental health issues through
mental health awareness days.
We try to encourage good mental
health in the workplace by
providing guidance and support
mechanisms to staff, such as access
to a mental health support helpline.
We embrace diversity within our
organisation and intend that no
job applicant or member of staff
shall receive less favourable
treatment because of any protected
characteristic. In order to encourage
our staff to continue to support our
inclusive culture, all are required
to undertake equality training
within the first two months of
employment. We are also positive
about employing disabled people
and have been awarded Level
2 Status under the Disability
Confident Scheme.
