AOC
Three exciting off campus activities were on offer to the students for this round of AOC, students had the choice to go Ice Skating, Ten Pin Bowling and Rock Climbing. Both staff and students were excited to take up the opportunity to tackle new challenges and learn new skills outside of their classrooms. I was fortunate enough to witness and join in with the fun in all of them during the course of the second AOC cycle.

Off-campus AOC updates from our Primary
AOC Coordinator, Hong Ly.
The ice skaters were bused out to Tian He, they then navigated themselves through the maze of shops at Grandview Mall to find the Ice Skating Rink. On the ice they worked cooperatively with Ms Megan, Mr Leyland and Mr Gessner, they encouraged each other to attempt new skills and helped each other out when their friend or teacher took a fall. With more than an hour on the ice for each of the sessions the students were given plenty of opportunity to increase their level of confidence and comfort with all the various ice skating techniques.
