Come Grandpierre
I am born in a town of France, near Paris. At a very young age, I left to the
United States. I lived in the United States for 3 years in the city of Greenville in South Carolina. Before I started primary, I moved back to France in
my hometown. I completed my entire primary in my hometown before moving to Guangzhou in grade 6.
I am a person who really likes Sport, I started playing football and carried
on my passion throughout the years with the schools team. Coming to Asia
also created a lot of opportunities for my family and I to travel across Asia.
For my personal project, I chose the issue of battery recycling in Guangzhou since I had many batteries at home and no one ever knew what to do
with them.

Taiho Kim
My name is Taiho Kim and I am in 10Z. I was born in Korea and have been
within the IB for 2 years. For my last year of MYP, I had to do the personal
project. Since I am interested in the environmental problems in the world,
my personal project is about creating a recycling program for Utahloy in order to solve the environmental problems.
By doing this project, I firstly learned knowledge about my topic, such as
the information about what and how environmental problems occur in the
world. Also, my personal project let me acquire the time management skills
and use of several different research methods and apply the information to
the project.
