Union County High School is filled with talented young adults, and to add to that statement our chorus is making a great deal of wonderful noise. Our choir at Union County High School has made straight superior ratings for more than four years and looks like that is a trend that will be around to stay. Our choir also has different parts, just as a football team has defense and offense, our choir has ensemble, which is made up of our advanced male and female singers.
There are multiple activities that our singers can take part in, those activities include honor choir and district choir. It just so happens that we have many students who took part in the Honor Choir Competition on November 22-23 at Riverside Military Academy. Those lucky individuals who competed included Raphaela Aleman, Brooklyn Bergen, and Brooks Patterson for the ninth and tenth grade mixed group. Our senior women group includes Megan Foster, Kaylee Brooke Seabolt, and Stephanie Marie Stanton. For our eleventh and twelfth grade mixed group includes Adele Bauman, Rachel Todd, Zach Dixon, and Joseph Holley-Beaver. We would like to commend and congratulate all of those who attended and competed.
Our chorus is staying busy working on their music for their fantastic Christmas concert, and will be taking a big trip to the Windy City of Chicago in the spring, which they will have fundraisers for soon. We would also like to conratulate the chorus on an amazing Fall concert!
