“Action”
This may be one of the most cliché
phrases that anyone has ever
heard or read, but definitely,
ACTIONS speak louder than words.
If you are going to ask others to
adhere to a certain level of conduct,
you should expect to adhere to it
yourself. You cannot tell a child not to
smoke while holding a cigarette in
your hand. If you want your office
staff to be in the office at 9pm, you
should be there before they arrive.
People can follow what you say
without actually following the intent.

to see.”

When this happens the effectiveness
of your organization is decreased. If
they don’t see you following your own
set of rules, they may follow them to
the letter, but don’t expect them to go
the extra mile and try to understand
the intent. Mahatma Gandhi said it
well- “We must become the change
we want to see.”
