The first leg was on May 19th 2017 with a re-visit to Mandalagan Na- tional High School-Hervias Extension, Bulak Road, Mandalagan, Bacolod City as pilot beneficiary and the chapter was welcomed by Mr. Herbert D. Tecson (HT 1/ OIC), his faculty and staff. Painting materials were turned- over for the re-painting and beautification of the Main Building façade and a career orientation was held to the incoming Grade 10 students.
