ABSTRACT — To explore the repercussions of climate change on freshwater resources and agricultural practices . Climate change is directly affecting the global water cycle , leading to shifts in freshwater distribution , quantity , and timing . These changes have significant implications , including increased flooding , expanding arid regions , and threats to food security , industry , and water supply . Temperature and CO2 concentration are identified as primary factors influencing crop growth and yields . Efficient water resource management , optimized sowing periods , and lowenergy irrigation practices are crucial for addressing climate-induced challenges in agriculture . Irreversible effects of climate change , especially in terms of water factors , underscore the need for timely action .
