What’s on

Your Gratitude List?

By Stacey Toupin

Do you ever think about gratitude? Gratitude means feeling appreciation and being thankful about the things in your life. What do you feel gratitude for in your life? There are definitely numerous things to be thankful for - there is no shortage. In fact, there can be dozens of things you can be thankful for each day. Does this sound impossible? Well, it’s not.

Gratitude is a choice you can make every moment of everyday. That is one of the reasons why I am writing this article: to make you aware that you get to decide to be grateful. The other reason is to give you some ideas of what you can be grateful for right now. The first challenge I have for you is to think of as many things as you can so you can make your own Gratitude List. You can write down your list on a decorative piece of paper, keep a list on your phone or you can even keep a Gratitude Journal.

The ideas I am about to share are things that you may or may not have thought about for your Gratitude List. Feel free to borrow an idea or two from it! OK, let’s do this! 
