1.) What's your favorite type of exercise?

I have three favorite types of exercise:

1) Any sport - soccer, basketball, frisbee in the park with a friend, etc.

2) Any "free" exercise - like shoveling snow, helping a friend move (carrying boxes to the 5th floor!), raking leaves, etc.

3) Running! It's a great stress reliever. It clears my mind and works out the whole body at once.

2.) What are your favorite healthy foods?

My favorite healthy foods are salad and fruit. Specifically I love apples and avocados (especially guacamole!)

3.) How much sleep do you usually get on a standard school night?

My sleep schedule has changed since I've had Alice (she has nights where she sleeps through the night, but for the most part she wakes me up at least once), but on average I try to go to sleep at a time that will give me 8 hours.
