Actif Woods
Actif Woods is a project run by the
charity Ceod Lleol (Small Woods)
which aims to improve the health
and wellbeing of people with
disabilities.
Once a month we host a woodland
activities session run by local
project officer John Pritchard. The
day was not only enjoyed by our
trainees but also by many others
who visited to take part in activities
including a treasure hunt and
shelter building. Another session
was also held on the 6th of May,
which was also attended by many,
with activities on the day including
a forest gym session, tea and cake
in the woods and Frisbee golf. We
would like to thank John for
organising the sessions and to
Karen Williams for hosting the
forest gym session.
