We’re currently looking for
Relief Support Workers to
work in our Holyhead houses.
The job of our support
workers is to assist and
enable the people that we
support, both in their homes
and in the community, to
ensure that they can enjoy a
purposeful, dignified, and
happy lifestyle whilst living
their lives to their full
potential.
The individual must be
flexible with shifts including
sleep ins, evenings, and
weekend.
A full driving license is
essential.
A Welsh speaker is desirable.
£7.39 p/h, sleep ins £24.36 a
night

Tyddyn Mon Poem
We would like to say thank you to Dan Watts who wrote
the lovely poem below about Tyddyn Môn. Dan come to
the farm regularly supporting one of our trainees, James,
and was inspired to write the poem during one of the
visits.

We build, gain confidence & on each other’s shoulders,
With our unique qualities & personalities; we make the
perfect team.
Working together; pulling in the same direction on the
rope
Helping one another; no matter how long & steep the
slope
Amongst friendship, work, laughter & fun; what you can
really see
Is the place full of wonderful people; a beautiful unit; a
family
We’ll always achieve and succeed at Tyddyn Môn
