Discussion Evening
On the 23rd of October Tyddyn Môn stakeholders,
parents, board members, staff, trainees and service
users met in Tyddyn Môn’s cafe for a discussion
evening.
The aim of the evening was gain feedback from a
range of people that are involved with Tyddyn Môn in a
bid to see what areas can be improved upon and how
the staff can improve the service that is provided to
both the trainees on the farm and the service users in
the houses.
Over 30 people joined in the discussions which were
held in small groups to allow everyone to air their
views and participate in the discussions.
Questionnaire’s were also filled out during the evening
and along with questionnaire’s completed by staff,
stakeholders, trainees and service users in the
preceding weeks, they will be reviewed with the
feedback from the night which will be invaluable in
ensuring that Tyddyn Môn continues to provide a
service that is both professional and effective as it
progresses into the new year.

service to over 30 other service
users who come to the farm in
Brynrefail each day. Tyddyn Môn’s
purpose is to provide a quality
service, which is friendly,
professional and effective, the
ultimate purpose of which is to
ensure people with a learning
disability enjoy a purposeful,
dignified and happy lifestyle.
