Lunch by the fire
Christmas Holidays
On the 6th of November trainees and staff enjoyed
lunch around a campfire in the woods to mark bonfire
night.
The lunch consisted of burgers and potatoes which
were cooked on the campfire along with toasted
marshmallows, which were enjoyed by everyone
despite the cold weather.
The farm will close to trainees
and staff on Friday the 19th of
December and not the 23rd as
has been previously stated, and
will re-open on Monday the 5th of
January 2015.

Winter Fair
Tyddyn Môn have recently
acquired a new car, a Citroen C4
has replaced the Mitsubishi
Touran 4x4 which will now be
used as a farm vehicle. The
Citroen will be used to mainly
transport some of the trainees to
and from the farm each day.
Due to time constraints this year’s winter fair which
was due to take place on November the 22nd has
unfortunately had to be cancelled. We apologise to
anyone that had made plans to attend the event.
Changes to Cafe
From the beginning of December local
catering company Sochyn Crimp will be
taking over the cafe at Tyddyn Môn. As
part of the change the company will be
changing the interior design on the cafe,
which will be themed as a ‘vintage’ design,
and will offer a number of new products
that were not previously available the cafe.
The company will also be responsible for
3
the holding and organising of children’s
birthday parties on the farm. The cafe
will be open from the 8th of December.
