ICF Grant
We were very pleased to announce in January
that the farm received funding from the
Intermediate Care Fund – Learning Disabilities &
Complex Needs Funding. We are very grateful to
the North Wales Social Care & Wellbeing
Services Improvement Collaborative, Betsi
Cadwaladr University Health Board and the Welsh
Government for this funding. As part of the grant
we have had a number of new activities taking
place on the farm, many which are featured in this
newsletter. The activities were not held
exclusively for our service users and we pleased
to welcome service users from a number of other
organisations.
