Housing located in one of the best plots of Los Alamos de Bularas in Pozuelo de Alarcón. Views of Mount del Pilar, which
separates the municipalities of Pozuelo de Alarcón and Majadahonda, make the horizon a dense forest of scrubland, with pines
and centuries-old oaks. The terrain, with a steep slope, is oriented to North. Both factors will be final premises in the project.
The whole house is dumped in a terraced way, in compliance with the goverment regulations, to the North, to the vegetal
mantle that make up the views. The light, property of the South, is transported to the North, to the public areas of the house
through the section. Large windows that take advantage of the difference height, naturally illuminate the large living room at
double height of the house, trapping the sun on its way from the amazing background. The volumes of the house translate the
different functions abroad. A room trapped between secondary bedrooms and kitchen make up the ground floor terrace.
Volumes that are also articulated in the cross section of the land by means of different changes of levels within the floors of
the house, which helps to clarify the program along the route.
