Ryan Sea

AGE: 32 HOMETOWN: New Albany
EDUCATION: Master’ s in Public Health Administration from Indiana University Bloomington
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As a mortgage broker at Kentuckiana Mortgage Group, I work closely with clients to guide them through the home financing process- from initial consultation and pre-approval to closing- so they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Tell us about your family: My husband, Brad, and I live in Southern Indiana with our three children. As a family, we love being involved in our community and spending time together.
What do you do to unwind? When I have the chance to unwind, you can usually find me at home with a good book. But my favorite way to relax is traveling and making memories with my family.
Where would we find your books... in an app or on a shelf? My books are definitely on a shelf- I love holding a physical book. For me, it’ s all about the experience of turning the pages and getting lost in the story.
What is your favorite movie? It is hard to choose a favorite movie these days, most of what we watch is on Disney + with our kids. Family movie nights have definitely taken over but I wouldn’ t have it any other way. The United States is.... a place of opportunity.
What is your motto?“ Work hard, be kind, and take care of the people around you.”
I owe it all to.... my family. Their constant support, encouragement, and belief in me make everything I do possible.
Fun fact about you: I was randomly paired with my college freshman roommate, and she’ s still my best friend today.
Where do you find your inspiration? I find inspiration in the day-to-day moments. Showing up for my family, helping clients reach their goals, and being present in my community. Those daily responsibility and the desire to keep growing, both personally and professionally, are what motivate me the most.
Where do you volunteer? I am an active board member for CASA of Floyd County
Why do you volunteer? I volunteer because I believe every child deserves someone in their corner. Supporting CASA of Floyd County allows me to advocate for children who need stability, guidance, and a voice during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
