Timesharing, unlike hotels, can help
force or at least heavily incentivize us to
take a vacation. Once a timeshare has been
purchased, not using it would be silly. It’s
paid for, so we’d better get as much value
out of it as we can.
Each time a hotel is booked, it is completely elective. If you don’t elect to book a
hotel and go on vacation, you don’t spend
any money. If you buy, but don’t use your
timeshare, you’ve wasted your money.
Having the timeshare should increase the likelihood you will take a vacation that you might not otherwise take.
A timeshare could then be considered an
investment in vacation.
Building Fun Memories
How many of us have some of our best
memories coming from vacations? Vacations are times away from the usual rigors
of daily life and so are associated with enjoyment and fun. This is fertile ground for
