timeshares were a bad investment.
The question of whether a timeshare is a wise investment can be answered as yes, no,
maybe, but most of all, it depends.
I assume that most readers of TimeSharing Today are timeshare owners, but some
readers may never have owned and may be thinking about buying. Whether you are a
current or prospective owner, the answer to whether a timeshare is a good investment is
still, “It depends.”
Before answering the question, we must ask ourselves many other questions, including
ZKDWW\SHRILQYHVWPHQWLVDWLPHVKDUH",WFHUWDLQO\FDQEHFRQVLGHUHGD¿QDQFLDOLQYHVWment, good or bad. It can also be called a vacation investment, an investment in memories,
an investment in family time, an investment in relaxation, an investment in adventure, an
investment in experiences, etc.
