CPP ROADSHOW
The CPP Roadshow project was a project that came from the feedback gathered from the
EVS Task Force. Each Task Force member conducted feedback sessions with their regions
and it was then realized that there is a significant gap between knowledge and information!
“We felt that the CPP Roadshow would be a great way to educate everyone with the most
updated information, and help clear any confusion and answer questions relating to our
careers and performance”, says Ruby who worked with Julia and Enya on the CPP
roadshow project.
So in general terms, what is CPP?
CPP is designed to create alignment, clarify expectations, and illustrate responsibilities by
level in job families. It is used by managers and employees as a starting point for onboarding
plans, job transitions, performance discussions, and career conversations.
The EVS Feedback was used to find commonalities among the regions, and soon the main
topics were outlined that formed the basis for the roadshow.
Quick fact: The entire presentation was prepared in just 3 weeks! Kudos team!
“Our goal was to have everyone leave their CPP Roadshow presentation 100% clear on
what’s expected from themselves and their managers, how to manage their role and career
on a tactical level, and understand how their performance is evaluated”, says Julia.
The CPP Roadshow was well received in all regions, with Enya travelling personally to
some regions to deliver, making sure everyone is confident, because this is of utmost
importance to the team and the managers.
In Enya’s words, “Not everyone will say training and leading meetings is fun but I do. I
loved training everyone especially those I got to do in person for the CPP Roadshow. It was
fun to engage with everyone and put faces to names for a lot of the new hires. I was glad
everyone was willing to be so open throughout the sessions! I didn’t come across any
challenges but the fun moments were definitely when we had discussions about things
that people were confused about and being able to provide clarity made me feel really
accomplished. :) ”

These sessions really helps the AdOps team to be more closely knit together and makes it
all the more wonderful to be ‘open, honest and constructive’.
