Instead, you can meal prep so you have meals on hand for when you are hungry. Personally, I like my meals to be pretty so I put extra effort in the plating so that the presentation is superb. Your body is a temple. You should dine like you’re in one.

3. You should be eating balanced meals every day but it’s easy to just order in or reach for your junk drawer [believe me I know].

You just have to find the kind of excursive that suits you. You could go to the gym, go on a run or walk, do yoga or just workout at home. But keeping active makes your body strong and release endorphins that make you feel amazing. Feel the burn and love it.

4. This may not be everyone’s favorite topic but I particularly enjoy exercise. It makes you feel really good and makes you motivated to carry on with your day.

5. Believe me when I say I would much rather be behind the screen of a computer, but interaction with real people can make a day feel so much better. It doesn’t have to be a lot of people. It can be a partner, your parents, siblings or your friends.

Having good relationships keep us in tune with reality and they can even keep us accountable for taking care of ourselves. A good conversation is everything and you get to see how life looks to other people when you talk to them.
