The Academy ' s unique approach is deeply rooted in the philosophy of Troon’ s own Director of Education, Tim Mahoney. His commitment to consistent, personalized instruction forms the bedrock of the Bay Club Academy experience, ensuring every student receives guidance tailored specifically to their game and goals.
Leading the instruction team are Alex Franklin, Director of Instruction, and Matthew Watkins, Assistant Professional. A key element contributing to the Academy ' s success is the high caliber of its coaching staff.
