and repairs . The lobby includes demo clubs where members can check out the latest club model and try them on the courses .
Outside , one area is set aside for instruction only for individual lessons and clinics . The area was designed so that all aspects of the game can be taught and includes a green for putting and chipping , a bunker , a full swing area with yardage markers , uneven slopes and rough .
Additionally , the Learning Center offers a large 9-hole practice putting green for the membership , a designated practice chipping green and pitching green . The Learning Center main driving range includes both grass and mats , for when the turf is too wet or needs repair . The range is equipped with TopTracer technology and a Cover Shot that has circulating fans that keep members cool on hot days . Four outdoor practice bays are also available to the membership , and include heaters , fans and a TopTracer touch screen for practice .
ACADEMY SPOTLIGHT
A smaller cottage is attached to the Learning Center with “ golf specific ” stretching equipment for the membership .
Technology Each instructor , as well as our Club Fitter , use TrackMan launch monitors . Our two teaching bays have Swing Catalyst , one is a pressure plate , and the other is a force plate . Each Teaching Bay is equipped with high-speed cameras and the instructors use the Swing Catalyst software for analysis and video lesson recaps . CoachNow is used for both individual and group lessons .

PROGRAMS :
Weekend at the Beach : A four-week program that offers members a way to improve bunker play . This clinic focuses on all aspects of playing from the sand . The four-week series will build upon the members ’ skills and knowledge each week and is limited to 8 students .
Belfair University : Eight classes designed to get a player ’ s game back in shape with weekly classes in a fun group setting . Each class will offer a specific game improvement skill including Driving , Iron play , Wedge shots , Putting and Bunker play .
Boss of the Belfair Moss : a four-week clinic series focusing on all things putting . The program is designed to give knowledge and skill to improve four main parts of putting performance : start line , distance control , green reading , and how you train or practice . A one-hour putter fitting is included as part of this program .
Control the Curve : A one-hour clinic teaching how to better control the direction the ball moves in the air and understanding what makes the ball curve and how to regain some control .
Drivers Education : A one-hour clinic focusing on all things driver ; how to hit more fairways and how to hit the ball farther .
Fireside Chat : an evening program that includes dinner and a conversation , led by the instructors and club fitter , about game improvement and how equipment plays a role in your game .
