Lee helps the organization use storytelling to transform hearts and minds , and bring new stories and traditions to diverse audiences .

So what would he say to those coming to UC San Diego ? “ Opportunities are everywhere , but if you can ’ t find what you ’ re looking for , then go off campus and bring UCSD with you .” He should know — he started volunteering with local youth as a freshman , now vanfuls of undergrads mentor college-bound kids every week .
