The risk factors associated with VBAC were discussed and the increasing levels of caesarean section recorded today. The study explored “personal factors influencing choice of vaginal birth” and the impact of informed choice on choice of delivery. Bernadette, Bernadette provided a critique of existing national and international literature of women’s experiences of community-led midwifery care in the antenatal period, with emphasis on the DOMINO led care service (Community antenatal clinics) and first visit booking in the maternity Hospital.
