Ella’s Top Corral has
been voted Best Burger
of South Georgia twice.
“He’s noticed a huge difference ever since in traffic
and in sales,” Webb said of Perry.
A second factor that comes from traffic control is
confidence. This trait is one of three values for Ella’s Top
Corral along with trust and integrity.
“You need confidence with the amount of people
that we serve at our lunch rush,” Perry said.
Employee development was a focus of Ella’s in 2018.
Perry urges employees to be their true selves.
Webb said the staff seeks employees who are au-
thentic.
“You get a sense of humility in here,” he said. “You
can feel it.”
The omission of a kitchen screen allows customers
to see the preparation of their food, which Webb says is
a customer favorite.
The constant communication among the staff is
similar to a production, both Webb and Perry said. They
deem the food as the star of the show.
“It’s literally like a stage, and then they sit down and
it’s delicious,” Webb said.
Hours of operation are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday
through Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. the first Saturday every
month and closed Sunday.
