APRIL AND MAY Within April and May the rugby hype has died down. To keep the consumers interested, in April Michael Kors will host a charity dinner at their flagship Regent Street Store. The charity is called Wooden Spoon (2017), and is the children’s charity of rugby. Guest invited, such as the team and ex-team members, Jonny Wilkinson, will all be gifted with Michael Kors clothing and accessories to be worn on the night. Magazines and newspapers, such as Hello and Daily Mail will be invited to the event so that it receives media coverage. Pictures from the event will be posted onto Michael Kors Instagram, with who wore what. May is the start of the wedding and prom season, so to boost more sales of suits, a discount will be put in place of 20% off suits. This discount will be given to current newsletters subscribers, and will be given to people who sign up when the discount is valid, meaning more subscriptions boosting customer relationship management.
