Kirby Dipert “ My drive to consult with my customers and help them solve problems is matched with my desire to educate the public about new energy efficient solutions and sustainable practices . My hope is to help ensure a resilient and prosperous future for my clients , my professional colleagues , and all who I interface with on a daily basis . I am fortunate to be part of an organization that not only embraces sustainability but makes it a cornerstone of the organization .”
Dwight McCay “ I ’ ve been working with various “ green ” initiatives and projects since 2006 , when I left the military . In college , I helped found my school ’ s first student led sustainability group and worked to introduce a green fee to promote sustainable programs on campus and in the local community . I later worked for a research lab which was dedicated to expanding our understanding of the global sulfur cycle , which is important to our understanding of natural and anthropocentric climate change . And , of course , I get to be a part of the Sustainability Coordinator network here at TRC . I ’ ve been lucky enough to work on the Earth Day Challenge Network and am looking forward to next year ’ s contest .”
Stefanie Crosby “ Since I have been at TRC , the Sustainability Coordinator Network has developed and expanded my knowledge and resources and has brought a fun take on rather serious environmental issues . I had the pleasure of working with my office sustainability coordinator and other colleagues interested in sustainability to plan the office Earth Day events for the past few years . I now look at every project with a greener lens , whether it be an existing or new one .”
Sarah Kitsinis “ I want to always feel like I am making a difference . When I joined TRC , it was refreshing to know that I was joining a company that cared and wanted to make a change like I did . Currently , I am working with several others on developing an application for a Superfund Site project , which requires a lot of field notes and documents . Even saving on the amount of minimizing paper waste is a step in the right direction .”
