ENGAGING WITH OUR STAKEHOLDERS
Active engagement with our key stakeholders and con-
sideration of varied perspectives is critical to shaping
our business priorities and strategic vision. We engage
with our stakeholders to share information on business
and sustainability performance and priorities to identify
opportunities for collaboration on common goals.
Our primary stakeholder groups include our investors,
clients, external affiliations and employees. We engage
with these groups on a regular basis as part of our
business planning, project implementation, thought
leadership, and employee engagement initiatives. We
recognize there are additional opportunities to increase
stakeholder engagement with all groups, and we will
continue to evolve our process to better understand and
incorporate our stakeholders’ views into our business
strategy and sustainability initiatives.
Engaging with key STAKEHOLDER groups
aligns with our goals of:
Embracing our clients’ business
and sustainability goals
Promoting thought leadership
Engaging our employees
Aligning with our strategic objectives
WE CONSIDER SUSTAINABILITY ASPECTS THROUGHOUT EACH STEP OF OUR VALUE CHAIN –
FROM PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS THROUGH THE LIFE OF OUR SERVICES.
