Acting with Integrity

Our commitment to strict ethical standards contributes directly to the professional reputation of our company. Our approach to ethical business transactions is guided by our corporate Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. The code is principles-based and assumes the application of professional judgment. The board of directors audit committee reviews compliance at least annually.
The Code is also posted on our internal and external websites. Full compliance is required from all employees in completing required training on our code.
The TRC ethics hotline and Ethicspoint reporting website are resources for all employees. An ethics officer is in place and is accessible to all employees.
We have a fundamental commitment to treating our employees with the highest dignity and respect as communicated in our employee handbook. Discrimination against or harassment of employees for any reason will not be tolerated.

Maintaining Cybersecurity and Data Privacy

We are committed to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of our own and our clients’ data and information. We are not aware of any breaches of client privacy / confidentiality or losses of client data during FY15 or FY16.
The Cyber Security Council, with members from all of our operating sectors, continues to provide oversight and guidance and to help prioritize the development of information security initiatives and projects, keeping in mind the needs of the various practices.
As part of our effort to achieve certification in our Power Delivery practice to the ISO 27001 standard for Information Security Management Systems, we conducted a gap analysis to the standard and have been making steady progress toward certification. We intend to be ready by first quarter in 2018 for our third party audit and subsequent certification to the 27001 standard.
