Our recruitment and retention efforts focus primarily on reducing voluntary employee turnover and improving internal recruitment capacities. In FY14, our total rate of voluntary full-time employee turnover was 8%, which is slightly higher than our FY13 rate of 7%. We consider feedback received during employee exit interviews, broader employment trends, and competitor benchmarks to plan for and address recruitment and retention challenges. For FY15, our recruitment and retention efforts will include: G4 -HR3 • Expanding our college and military recruiting efforts • Developing new onboarding programs, including a 30-day survey for new • hires, and Formalizing our new hire goal setting program. Specifically, we know that exposing new employees to the many, unique facets of TRC’s strong organizational culture is vital to the recruiting and retention of our best talent. This includes the balance of support and independence afforded our staff to find their niche in contributing their market knowledge, and the technical skills or entrepreneurial spirit to be successful as individuals in a manner that contributes to TRC’s overall success. The Company has a fundamental commitment to treating its employees with the highest dignity and respect. Discrimination and harassment of employees for any reason will not be tolarated. TRC is committed to continuing our benchmarking of diversity performance against available candidate pools and providing opportunities for promotion for all qualified candidates. Our organizational resiliency depends on diverse perspectives and we acknowledge the importance of promoting and advancing those perspectives. Diversity awareness issues are blended into current trainings and will continue to be built into TRC Managers Academy Training.
