CYBERSECURITY AND DATA PRIVACY
We are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy of our own
and our clients’ data and information.
We are not aware of any breaches of client privacy/confidentiality or losses
of client data during FY14. TRC’s Cybersecurity Council, chaired by our Chief
Innovation Officer, meets on a monthly basis to discuss corporate and client
data security and privacy, review and evaluate potential gaps in TRC’s layered
security systems, and ensure the highest cybersecurity standards are met with
our security systems and response planning. Quarterly updates are provided to
our Board of Directors. A subset of our Cybersecurity Council meets with our
Information Technology group on a bi-weekly basis. Our clients are increasingly concerned about cybersecurity throughout their supply chains, and we take
these concerns seriously.
