an easy paced lifestyle dictated by the landscape , the environment , the weather . It ’ s certainly not carefree yet feels that it is at one with the surrounds and what nature suggests .
Not surprisingly Mongolia has very few sealed major roads , in fact it feels as though roads simply don ’ t exist as the steppe is criss-crossed by varying tracks headed in a general direction . It ’ s a simple philosophy , if a route is impassible simply create a new way , eventually a new track will form . It makes for great riding , point your bike in a general direction and head that way , it ’ s both easy and hard to become lost locationally , extremely easy to become lost spiritually . The vast green of the steppe draws you in and before long you too are at one with nature .
